Vitelek organizational culture is motivation-driven. Being motivated means we are serious about the output of our work.
It also means teamwork, because everybody in Vitelek wants to contribute in one way or another.

Everyone at Vitelek tries to learn. We're in a fast-paced industry - learning is the only way to continually adapt and remain advanced.
We are not clinging to an idea, to a technology or to an area. Software engineers at Vitelek are ready to accept challenges without being afraid to face difficulties, researchers are happy to learn and access new knowledge, etc.
This leads to a real learning institution with diverse backgrounds.

Proud, but Humble

At the core, Vitelek is a technology company. We keep challenging ourselves, and to do so we attract the best people. At the same time, we understand that we cannot do everything by ourselves.
We know there are things that we do not know (“known unknowns”) and respect diverse ideas from diverse people.

With our technology, Vitelek will change the world - by offering a wide range of products and placing the customer experience first, we aim to create the next revolutionary technology. to change the world opens up new markets - for a better future.
Our role in society here is that Vitelek does things that only Vitelek can do.

Obviously, these are not the only things we value – there are other fundamental norms that we must follow as a good citizen of the society, such as following our conscience and common sense (e.g., not lying), fulfilling the company’s basic roles (e.g. helping our customers’ success), etc. We are all aware of them, but these four Vitelek Values are what make us different. We are proud of them.
